Equipment Introduction

Tray separating mechanism is suitable for all kinds of plastic tray separating, works efficiently, no double tray absorbing, no tray piles, no damage to tray . (bubble tray can be customized to have separating mechanism).

2.Customized vertical-to horizontal bottle converter, make sure bottles are feed stable and high speed. Large buffering area, easy adjust speed, convenient to integrate in an automatic packing line.

3.To make sure high speed and accuracy labeling, we use three steps labeling feeding strucutre: individual motor for label roll pulling, lable releasing and back paper collection. Consistant tension on label releasing part. No label break.

4.Touch screen HMI for easy operation. Memory and call out of 50 set parameters for different bottle size.

5.Bottle converter auger and horizontal conveyor are driven by one motor. All movement matches perfect. Rapid reaction to start and stop. High speed and stablility, no empty feeding or getting struck.

6.Wheel type label rolling parts will press label evenly on bottle body, to stick labels more firmly. Synchronous positioning system make sure label error is less than 0.5mm

7.High speed servo motor with tray loading starwheel, working in high speed, no bottle stucking, no bottle missing. Standard tray loading parts, for convenient size changing.
8.Multi emergency stop button to ensure safety production.

9.Tray pressing device at output process, to flatten and compact the tray
