Equipment Introduction
1.To make sure high speed and accuracy labeling, we use three steps labeling feeding strucutre: individual motor for label roll pulling, lable releasing and back paper collection. Consistant tension on label releasing part. No label break.
2.Bottle seperater is made of synchronization rubber wheels. Operater can set any distance between bottles by stepless speed adjuster.
3.Bottle position correction parts are made of synchronous chain, to ensure the correction stable and accurate.
4.Touch screen HMI, easy for operation. With multi recipe memory and call-out function for different bottle sizes.
5.Multi emergency stop button to ensure safety production.
6.The whole label feeding platform can be adjusted inclined, for labeling on neck or cone bottles.
7.Multi labeling auxiliary parts, for labeling round bottle, 3 sides labeling, and 4 sides labeling etc.
