5.Dual-mode label applicator: supports online instant printing and standalone servo labeling.
6.The wheel-mounted label roller mechanism fully presses the bottle body, ensuring more secure label attachment.
7.A touch-based human-machine interface operating system with simple and convenient operation.The interface displays real-time operational parameters of the entire unit, features multiple memory storage options, instantly shows fault causes and troubleshooting methods when abnormalities occur, and provides counts for both qualified and defective products.
8.The tag separation distance is automatically calculated by a photoelectric sensor and servo motor in conjunction with a PLC, eliminating the need to adjust the sensor position. Any tag length can be modified directly on the human-machine interface for convenient operation.
9.The system features configurable configurations for missing print detection, CCD image-based clarity inspection of printed text, UV inspection and rejection of mislabeled items, enabling real-time, accurate product quality monitoring.
10.The machine is primarily constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, T6061 high-strength aluminum alloy, and imported POM material, ensuring exceptional durability and rust resistance.
11.The machine features continuous speed regulation, allowing users to adjust labeling speed instantly based on production requirements without modifying the photoelectric components.
