If the tape deviates, loosen the traction mechanism, pull the label back and forth to allow it to align automatically. Once aligned, tighten the side limit rings to guide the label straight. 2. If the tape direction is not parallel to the product conveyance, adjust the inclination of the labeling head to achieve parallelism. 3. If the traction wheel slips, it may be due to wear or loose lock screws; in both cases, tighten the traction wheel lock screws. 4. Product error: Edge dimension stability during product manufacturing can cause labeling deviation; control product quality.
Problem Three: Continuous Label EjectionPhenomenon: Two or more labels appear consecutively.Reasons: The electrical eye detection sensitivity is disordered.Solutions: 1. Adjust the sensitivity; refer to the Longhai Huanyu product manual for adjustment methods. 2. If adjusting sensitivity does not work, request a replacement from the manufacturer. 3. Check if the tape is deviating and adjust the electrical eye to the detection position accordingly.

Check if the traction speed is too low; if so, increase the traction speed to resolve the issue. 2.
